1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kairosai.gr website and the services provided by Kairos AI, a digital communications and marketing automation agency based in Athens, Greece. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Οι παρόντες Όροι ρυθμίζουν την πρόσβαση και χρήση του kairosai.gr και των υπηρεσιών της Kairos AI, ψηφιακό γραφείο επικοινωνιών και marketing automation με έδρα την Αθήνα. Με την πρόσβαση στο site ή τη χρήση των υπηρεσιών μας, συμφωνείτε με τους Όρους.

2. Our servicesΟι υπηρεσίες μας

Kairos AI provides marketing automation, social media management, WhatsApp Business operations, paid media management, and related digital services to business clients. Specific deliverables, fees, and service levels are defined in each individual client agreement.

Η Kairos AI παρέχει marketing automation, social media management, WhatsApp Business operations, paid media και συναφείς ψηφιακές υπηρεσίες σε επιχειρηματικούς πελάτες. Συγκεκριμένα παραδοτέα, αμοιβές και επίπεδα υπηρεσίας καθορίζονται σε κάθε ατομική σύμβαση πελάτη.

3. Client responsibilitiesΕυθύνες πελάτη

Clients are responsible for: the accuracy of information and creative assets they supply; compliance of their underlying business with applicable law; timely approvals where required; and maintaining the credentials and authorizations required for Kairos AI to operate their channels. Clients authorize Kairos AI to act on their behalf on Meta Platforms (including WhatsApp Business), Google services, and any other platforms agreed in writing.

Οι πελάτες είναι υπεύθυνοι για: την ακρίβεια των πληροφοριών και δημιουργικών που παρέχουν· τη συμμόρφωση της υποκείμενης επιχείρησης με την εφαρμοστέα νομοθεσία· έγκαιρες εγκρίσεις· και τη διατήρηση των διαπιστευτηρίων και εξουσιοδοτήσεων που απαιτούνται. Εξουσιοδοτούν την Kairos AI να ενεργεί εκ μέρους τους σε Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business), Google services, και άλλες πλατφόρμες κατόπιν γραπτής συμφωνίας.

4. Fees and paymentκαι πληρωμή

Fees are set out in each individual client agreement. Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension of service.

Οι αμοιβές καθορίζονται σε κάθε ατομική σύμβαση πελάτη. Τιμολόγια εξοφλητέα εντός 15 ημερών εκτός εάν συμφωνηθεί διαφορετικά. Η καθυστερημένη πληρωμή μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε αναστολή της υπηρεσίας.

5. Intellectual propertyιδιοκτησία

Content created by Kairos AI for a specific client, once paid for, transfers to the client for use in connection with the client's business. Kairos AI retains ownership of its platforms, tools, methodologies, and any assets not specifically commissioned by a client.

Το περιεχόμενο που δημιουργεί η Kairos AI για συγκεκριμένο πελάτη, μετά την πληρωμή, μεταβιβάζεται στον πελάτη για χρήση σε σχέση με την επιχείρησή του. Η Kairos AI διατηρεί την ιδιοκτησία πλατφορμών, εργαλείων, μεθοδολογιών και πόρων που δεν ανέθεσε συγκεκριμένα πελάτης.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to transmit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, harass any person, or violate the terms of the underlying platforms (including Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy). We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services that violate these rules.

Δεν επιτρέπεται η χρήση των υπηρεσιών μας για παράνομο περιεχόμενο, παραβίαση δικαιωμάτων τρίτων, παρενόχληση, ή παραβίαση όρων υποκείμενων πλατφορμών (συμπεριλαμβανομένων Meta Platform Terms και WhatsApp Business Policy). Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα άρνησης ή τερματισμού υπηρεσιών που παραβιάζουν.

7. Limitation of liabilityευθύνης

Kairos AI provides services on a reasonable-efforts basis. We are not liable for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms, changes to platform policies, force majeure events, or any indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Η Kairos AI παρέχει υπηρεσίες σε βάση reasonable-efforts. Δεν ευθυνόμαστε για αποτελέσματα που εξαρτώνται από πλατφόρμες τρίτων, αλλαγές πολιτικών, ανωτέρα βία, ή έμμεσες/επακόλουθες ζημίες. Συνολική ευθύνη περιορισμένη στις αμοιβές των τελευταίων 12 μηνών.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant client agreement. Kairos AI will return or delete client data on request at the end of an engagement, subject to legal retention requirements.

Κάθε μέρος μπορεί να τερματίσει με γραπτή ειδοποίηση σύμφωνα με τη σύμβαση. Η Kairos AI επιστρέφει ή διαγράφει δεδομένα πελάτη στο τέλος, υπό την επιφύλαξη των απαιτήσεων νομικής διατήρησης.

9. Governing lawΕφαρμοστέο δίκαιο

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.

Οι Όροι διέπονται από το ελληνικό δίκαιο. Διαφορές υπάγονται στην αποκλειστική δικαιοδοσία των δικαστηρίων Αθηνών.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.

Μπορούμε να ενημερώσουμε τους Όρους. Η ημερομηνία "Τελευταία ενημέρωση" παραπάνω αντικατοπτρίζει την τρέχουσα έκδοση. Ουσιώδεις αλλαγές κοινοποιούνται σε ενεργούς πελάτες.
