If you would like Kairos AI to delete the personal data we hold about you, please email us with the details below. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and process verified requests within 30 days.

How to submitΠώς να υποβάλετε

What happens nextΤι γίνεται μετά

We will confirm receipt within 72 hours. We may contact you once to verify your identity before we delete data. We will then delete the data from systems Kairos AI controls and will instruct any third-party sub-processors (e.g. Meta Platforms, Google) to do the same where the platform supports deletion requests. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Επιβεβαιώνουμε λήψη εντός 72 ωρών. Ενδέχεται να επικοινωνήσουμε μία φορά για επαλήθευση ταυτότητας πριν τη διαγραφή. Διαγράφουμε τα δεδομένα από συστήματα που ελέγχει η Kairos AI και ζητάμε από τρίτους sub-processors (Meta Platforms, Google) να κάνουν το ίδιο όπου η πλατφόρμα υποστηρίζει αιτήματα διαγραφής. Θα λάβετε email επιβεβαίωσης.

What we cannot deleteΤι δεν μπορούμε να διαγράψουμε

Data that we are legally required to retain — for example, invoices and billing records subject to Greek tax law, or messaging metadata subject to Meta Platform retention policies — cannot be deleted until the legal retention period has elapsed. If this applies to your request we will tell you which items are affected and when they will be eligible for deletion.

Δεδομένα που υποχρεούμαστε νομικά να διατηρούμε — π.χ. τιμολόγια και εγγραφές που υπόκεινται στην ελληνική φορολογική νομοθεσία, ή metadata μηνυμάτων υπό πολιτικές διατήρησης Meta Platform — δεν μπορούν να διαγραφούν πριν παρέλθει η νομική περίοδος. Θα σας ενημερώσουμε για τυχόν επηρεαζόμενα στοιχεία.

Questions

If your data deletion request concerns a specific Kairos AI client (for example, a hotel or clinic), email us and we will coordinate with that client. For anything else, email [email protected].
